I NEED HELP
Recognizing that you need help is the very first step to making a positive change to your mental health; it is NOT a sign of
weakness, but a huge sign of strength and you made it this far brother!
Now that you have recognized you need some support, have a look through the national and local services* below to see which one would suit your needs the best; there are a range of services available and each have their own benefits. IDRC is not a registered organisation or qualified in mental health treatment so we cannot give treatment, however, we have a huge variety of members who have been or are going through struggles. If you would like to ask us about our experiences, please join our group on and post up your question. We are 100% non judgmental and will do our best to help, however keep in mind any advice or information given is the opinion of the individual and not of the club.
*Local services refers to the ISLE OF WIGHT ONLY. We are an island based club and whilst some services are national, there are some that service the Isle of Wight only.
