Inner Demons Riding Club is NOT an organisation or company, we do not hold any responsibility whatsoever; we are an unaffiliated club made up of individuals trying to raise awareness to mental health issues, and as such, we can only guide you to professional services and charities available nationally and locally on the Isle of Wight.
Any advice given by a member is the opinion of that individual and should not be taken as professional advice. If you are having a Mental Health Crisis, please reach out to a relevant organisation.
Welcome to the Inner Demons Riders Club official website.

Based on the beautiful Isle of Wight, IDRC is all about promoting and supporting men's Mental Health, through offering support within a friendly atmosphere and space to feel like you can open up without judgement. Each of our members come from different backgrounds with their own variety of struggles and stories to tell. Some may have overcome theirs, while some may still need extra support along the way. No one is left to feel alone.

We are a group of ladies and gents who's steeds vary from 50cc mopeds, to 1200cc sports bikes and everything in between; we also welcome trikes and quad bikes. We will be organizing events, ride outs and hopefully teaming up with other local organisations to extend the support further and have the ability to lean on various organisations for extra help; we have a page dedicated to signposting to organisations, national and local, to aid with any mental health issue you may encounter.

We welcome anyone to follow the public page on Facebook, and to join the group as well. Although we promote Men's Mental Health, we welcome women into our group as a lot of times, the struggles a man is going through mentally can be vented onto the woman or others closest to him, whether he recognizes this or not.
So, to you my brother...
No struggle is too great. No obstacle is impossible and you are not alone in how you feel. Your life matters. Opening up is NOT a sign of weakness, it is the first step to getting your mind back to a healthier state. Maybe you aren't ready to talk right now, maybe you just want to be around positivity...that is absolutely fine, but the second you are ready, please please, please refer to the signposted organisations who specialize in Mental Health Support, or we welcome messages and will do our utmost to help.

Keep your head high, your mind healthy and we'll see you all on the next ride
